Well,it increases the difficulty. Cus’ of friction.
y the hell r they wearing gloves
not newbie…fundamentals…learn them and you will rock the blacktop
I think the chair drill isn’t really a bad drill, it may teach some to carry the ball. On the other hand it would teach them to dribble over all the guard’s hands how like to reach in a zone defense.
you mean, philippines?
whts the point of the chair drill?! teach them to dribble high and get their pocket picked by the defender? thats a horrible drill
O_O Six chair dribble drill is a terrible drill.. It will teach you to dribble the ball high. Very bad drill..
Just did gassers yesterday…hardest thing in the world.
clever drill
does it really improve ballhandling when you wear garden gloves…?
I dont think so
lol dis is some newbie shit
“Come on!! You’re not tired, I’m not!!!!” Haha sounds like a great coach. Something my coach would say.
i am a youngest trainer in our school in basketball.. our school is very poor…
can u help me… hu want to help….
donate ball to our school
im from PH ,,…
if you like basketball type in ozzyrib its a great basketball video
i love when old men teach young men about ball handling.
The gloves make feeling for the ball more difficult. You can do ANY type of dribbling drills with gloves and it will improve touch and feel without them.
what are the gloves for?
LOL thats funny dawg. LMBO
why with gloves???
But you should start practicing with bare hands right?
Ahh..I see. Thanks for the explanation. I’m glad someone asked the question and someone answered it. Any garden gloves would work?
Great Concept, Love this Drill
obviously your not tired because ur not doing anything
No I’m not? I’ve been playing basketball since I was in kindergarten, and I’ve been getting college looks since ninth grade. I would hope I would have some idea about basketball.
I was merely commenting that I was looking more for pure dribbling workouts, whereas this focuses mainly on running. I do plenty of both, thank you very much.
And what kind of judgement do you have exactly to be calling me an idiot when you can’t even add proper punctuation to your sentences?
gardening gloves? shit gay as hail get straight to da mothafuckin crossover old man
